What is a 0~10V Driver

The 0-10v refers to the way that the dimming works, not the output of the driver. the dimming works like this. at 0 the power is off, and then for every increment from 0-10 the power steps up 10%.
So if the driver is receiving a 10v signal, the power (and therefore the brightness is 100%, if the signal is 5v the power and brightness is 50%.
0-10v dimming is very efficient with LED lighting becuase it is smooth, but it is not referring to the voltage of the products that are being used.
